You drag a blade across your face most mornings, and the skin reacts the way skin reacts to being scraped — redness, burn, the odd nick, and for a lot of men, barber's rash and ingrowns where the follicles get inflamed and infected. Most aftershaves then hit that with alcohol and fragrance, which is a strange thing to do to skin you have just irritated.

After shaving or washing, mist over clean, dry skin from about 15cm, roughly 8 to 10 pumps.
Let it dry on its own. Do not wipe it off.
Continue with SPF, moisturiser or your favourite serum once it's dry.
Twice a day is ideal, morning and after an evening wash. It is gentle enough for every day. Can also be used post-workout to refresh sweaty skin until you can hit the shower.

Being 75 years old and an outdoor sportsman all my life, and a farmer for the past 58 years, the sun has hammered my skin. Is this just the same as regular GF2?+

Yes, it is the same premium-grade hypochlorous acid formula, positioned for men and shaving. If you already use GF2, you do not need both.

Will GF2 sting after shaving?+

No. There is no alcohol and no fragrance, which is exactly why it suits freshly shaved skin. That stinging you get from ordinary aftershave is usually the alcohol.

Does GF2 help with barber's rash and ingrown hairs?+

It helps with what causes them. Barber's rash is inflamed, often infected follicles, and hypochlorous acid calms the inflammation and clears the bacteria. It is a supportive daily step.

Can I use GF2 with a beard, or on the neck?+

Yes. Mist it anywhere you shave or break out, including the neck where ingrowns are common.

Do I still need a moisturiser?+

GF2 is a watery mist, not a moisturiser, so if your skin is dry, use a simple moisturiser after it has dried. For a lot of men the mist on its own is enough.

How soon will I notice a difference?+
