Shipping policy

When will you get your order?
If we receive your payment before midday on a working day, your parcel will be dispatched the same day where possible. Otherwise the next working day.

  • We don't offer same day delivery, but you are welcome to choose the in-store pickup option and send your own courier or uber to collect from us in Stellenbosch.
  • Our courier does not collect or deliver over weekends.
  • Delivery to the main centres is usually overnight, unless you order on a Friday.
  • Delivery to remote areas takes 3-4 working days. 
  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is on the way.

Do we offer free shipping?
Yes, free courier delivery on retail orders applies on orders over R600. Under that, a standard courier fee applies, which varies with your location. Free delivery for wholesale orders applies over a certain threshold.

Do we ship outside South Africa?
International shipping is coming soon. In the meantime, contact us at accounts@thoclor.com for a quote. International orders are sent DDU, delivered duty unpaid, which means any import duties, taxes or tariffs are payable by you on arrival unless we have agreed otherwise.
